Cancellation Policy
You will be expected to pay 40% of your total service that you cancelled if done so within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment, and it will go toward a 3 strike policy. If you cancel three times consecutively you will be banned from booking or if you no call/no show you will also be banned from booking. Thank you for your understanding!
